Biography
Dianne Bender is an adjunct associate professor in the Humanities, Social Science and Communication Department. She earned her bachelor's degree in Technical Communication from MSOE and her Master of Education from Carroll University. She teaches evening courses in UX writing, user documentation, and content management. In addition to teaching, Dianne is employed full-time at Blue Yonder, Inc., as a Project Director, and manages the U.S. Documentation and Translation teams. Past employers include Waukesha Engine (now INNIO) and Bradley Corporation. She is a member of MSOE's UX Curriculum Committee and an Ambassador of the UX Industrial Advisory Committee.
